720k share performance bonus issue? Agree H, what a joke!! Only thing he did well was to successfully selling us off to pommy land - afterall, they kept tell us again and again that they were working on a good deal for us, one that us shareholders would be thrilled to bits with. Whoopieeee! *puke*

Sad day indeed. Biggest difference between Uncle Ted and SP (other than the obvious) was that Uncle Ted treated the company and its shareholders as if it was his own (it was in a away). SP had no interest in it, and instead of relying on the inhouse knowledge, he used a bunch of useless contractors (probably all his bl**dy mates) and paid them a fortune. These are the same bl**dy contractors that Carroll thanked in the suspension notice. What a bunch of w*nkers. In a way, I'm glad to be rid of Hardman's management team, but am very sad to part of its history, its "cult" following, and its assets.

Anyway, final whinge over. Merry Xmas and safe/prosperous 2007 to all :)
