BOARD CHANGES
Pursuant to the executed Subscription Agreement with Infiniti Premium Resources Limited as announced on 30 September 2011, Signature Metals Limited advises that Mr Richard Chan has been appointed a Director of the Company.

Mr Chan completed a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration majoring in Finance and Marketing at the Pepperdine University in California in 1987 and has since gained extensive corporate experience, most recently as CEO and Director of the Singapore public listed company CarrierNet Global Limited. Mr Chan is also a Director of ASX listed Millepede International Limited.

Signature Metals Limited advises that Mr Stuart Murray has resigned as a Director of the Company.

The Board would like to record its appreciation for the substantial contribution Mr Murray has made to the Company and wishes him every success in the future.
