That's correct he is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and in the past (don't know if he still does) he did teach some of the AICD courses or modules within the various courses. Do not underestimate the AICD as it is well recognised nationally and internationally for its work and to become a Fellow is not a small feat. The accreditations, in descending order after a Fellow are G(Graduate)AICD, M(Member)AICD and then A(Associate)AICD.
He was the engine behind (as a board member) Beach Petroleum Limited (BPT) for a long time but that was many many years ago. the share price during his time went from something like 4 cents to $1.
