I can see he is worried that the average person will see the stock market rising and Companies starting to report good profits and start to wonder why his house was re-possessed or why he lost his job and will struggle to find another one, or why his super is halved and he has to continue working much longer than he wanted to. Seeds for anarchy or rebellion, so he keeps stoking the fire by sending out constant signals that we're not through this by a long shot, yet the economy is already on the way to recovery.

Instead of inspiring the economy with encouraging words, he comes out with this dull academic dribble. He should go back to school if he wants to spend his life writing essays.
