Firstly the stock was in his "Structured Investments Pty Ltd" account, you have to remember company tax dates differ from individuals tax dates with them falling early this year as opposed to the later half of the previous - so his tax obligations fits. Secondly he held stock for a long time who doesn't want to materialize gains along the way he sold 33% percent of his position but still retains 66% & remains the companies largest shareholder. Thirdly if it wasn't an impending obligation & need for the funds do you really think he would of sold that 33% at the years lows ? Finally if there was an issue with C-Vac or the company in any serious respect do you really think he would of stopped at just 33% ?

I think it's just people nit picking if they are trying to make any kind of big deal out of MR's transaction.
