I like the following part though.:

He made no secret of his disdain for others and will do whatever he possibly can to save his capital:-

If the Scheme is voted down, then I will have to formulate a plan, which will include my own nominees to the board of directors. "I will also be requisitioning a meeting to consider a members’ voluntary winding up, and if this is unsuccessful I will continue to requisition meetings to compel the board to sell assets."

Now, has the BOD created a monster here which will give them all the headaches in the World, and more headaches than what they actually will need.??

Not that they will not deserve them though.
