The impressive yields from Magee and Mount Kitty, the prospect volume, recoverability, etc., have to be established with much more drilling. An article from Energy News reproduced by " thegovernor " Dec 1st ( on that other unmentionable site ) thread title " Helium a potential bonanza " , says " some estimates " say its value is 800 Bcf enough for 10 years global consumption. SOA reports says sites are remote, require specialised equipment to handle, and significant capital investment. Substantial capital would have to be raised to deal with helium and that obviously would affect share price. Once new gas from Mereenie, Palm Valley Deep, and Ooraminna is flowing through NGP new capital will be wanted for a number of things. Share price will be substantially higher then. New capital will be required for a number of purposes and helium will probably be dealt with after those. Other posters may have more information ?
