Sorry if my post was a bit direct Jake.... but how would you react had I made a general comment of- The mafia heads are involve in illegal activities? well, Its clear for all.. but yet, no evidence for the Police to stop them...

Every person with a strategic thinking can see where our hero MD is leading the ship....
The other two parts of the equation (MB and Troy) hold enough shares now (Thanks to the recents innocent underwriter debacle etc... ) to manipulate the share price through any price they want regardless of how the rocks speak... and privatise this company at their own leisure, just by exhausting the SH by seeing their hard earn $$ disappear, and funny enough... at any price they decide....
Now, Do I have evidence for this...? No, as its a future play! But its a 'no brainer' scenario... and you can expect a smart strategist such as our hero Cottee to identify it a long time ago and act in the SH interest if everything was so innocence....
So my point to our hero MD- I accept we cant stop MB from taking over the company, thats clear for all, Cottee wants it, MB wants it, they have the money so they can buy it... but.... at what price??? here you expect the guy who was earning 500k a year from our money to make sure a fair value is achieved!!
