mr underwiter can you please pay up

Dear Mr Rights Underwiter (Transocean),

The rights issue was way back in Nov 08 and now its now getting into late January 09 and I was just wondering if you wouldn't mind cutting a cheque for $1.6M, the amount of the shortfall, and sending it down the road to the intrepid Luke Skywalker at Victory West Moly Ltd.

To be blunt but honest, if you are having trouble collecting off your subbies that aint our problem, its yours, so please do the right thing and coff up because I fear we are rapidly running low on cash.

Dear Luke Skywalker,

Love your long and detailed ASX announcements complete with the geo's attempts to draw meaningful 2D diagrams of drilling activity that only make sense if shown in 3D, but could you include in future announcements some interpretation of the results? The only word that fits this request was the single, once only use of the word "good". As we aren't all geologists, it would be most useful if we can receive an interpretaion of how successful or otherwise the drilling has been when you make future announcements.

PS: Could you also please call and tell the underwiter to stop rooting us around and send over that cheque for the $1.6M they owe our company?
