60M x 8c placement shares won't hit the market until 19-July. Bill starts 1-July and who knows what announcements would have been made by then. Let's say every retail holder of the 8c shares sells on 19-July, that's 9% of the register - whoever is buying will be substantial shareholder. If that happens, the register will get tight pretty soon 80% top 20 vs 20% free float. Tighter register = stickier SP = to the moon.
