Can't go back to Management & agree to price demanded -loss of face Can't sell out in fit of pique-loss of face (and would be quitting best investment he ever made) Can make hostile bid at lesser price,but won't get Board's approval. Gotten a bit too clever & greedy methinks. Rest assured the next 20% will be more difficult & a lot more expensive to buy. Wouldn't be you buying this a.m. to maintain 20% would it Mr.Yue???
