Put it this way we have already gambled in a kind of way. How? Your invested and I'm not. If it goes up to 8 cents then you make your $200 in any case. My view is that it will remain at 4 cents. It won't fall but it won't apreciate much either. Too many unknowns and uncertainty is not rewarded in this market.
