The ASX is considering the application of rule 11 of the ASX listing rules

When you change the primary business of a listed company, you need to have a shareholder vote and need to re-comply with ASX listing rules, essentially as if it's an IPO

The ASX is obviously considering whether MR1 will now need to go through this process given the shift or intended shift in its business
