mrc needed the road for transport - the greenies were against that even the ministry of envior but then they backed the road...they are still against the mining but it is the dept of minerals that decide...they and the government wants the taxes from it and no doubt they probably have been bribed
maybe someone doesnt want the options to be excercised or someone will picke them up at the last minute - say u could get the options for one tenth of a cent, excercise and then make a packet come mining permit -
