    So TOR takes over MRC, and ILU takes over BMX....

    (not sure about the first, but pretty confident about the second based on conversations with people very heavily involved in the economic development of the Murray Basin region)...

    Then...who takes over ILU? Again, I'm willing to bet this is not an if, it is by whom and when (and probably within 12 months).
