if comparing to another IAC MC an independent research company valued IXR at 18c after adjusted MRE and extended LOM. way before first dirt is turned.
another comparative company is AR3 with recent MC over 120m SP $1.30.
i would conservatively value MRD at 2c when inferred drilling results and geochemistry tests are released. IMO
