if xstrata do take over wmr then mre could be a target there are serious synergies for wmr and mre to be joined together if xstrata take out wmr and then move on mre, think about it, the acid needed by mre ,they can feed sulphide nickel into the back end of mre' plant etc etc, if wmr are taken over by xstrata and glencore controls some 40% of xstrata, how does glencore cash in on its mre asset ???? it gets xstrata to buy mre and bang!!!! xstrata becomes the biggest nickel producer with synergies galore !!!
