Let's be honest - to state it's been 3 times due to management inability is crap.
In January 2023 they were targeting Q2 2023.
On April 17 they announced a new lode emerged at Mt Hope central
On 24 April they raised $20m and stated that the maiden MRE timeline would now be extended to Q3 2023 to incorporate recent drill results.
On 18 September they announced further drill results and also stated they these are the final drill hole intersections to be included in the MRE which is in the final stages of estimation prior to reporting in early October. In the same announcement they were very clear that numerous areas are open still in several directions and not closed off.
It made sense in April to end from Q2 to Q3 with more drilling.
The delay if any is really Q3 (could argue 30 September) to then early October and it is still only mid October now.
