In the same announcement they were very clear that numerous areas are open still in several directions and not closed off.

It made sense in April to end from Q2 to Q3 with more drilling.

The delay if any is really Q3 (could argue 30 September) to then early October and it is still only mid October now.

I count 3 management delays noted in your post…..hmmmm…..but yeah, crap it is.

In my opinion they continue to put off to ‘polish the t@rd’. Might as well just not real ease am MRE if they continue to wait for the next drill hole to make it look ok.
Id suggest even with the new holes it’ll still be well below the original 350 that mc’s and everyone here based there figures on
