Even if DCX was successful in this dispute, I think it would only have a marginal impact on CNB (its value and resources). To be honest, with DCX having a market cap of only 6.6m, CNB has the means to clean up this situation pretty quickly if it wanted to.

I cannot comment on what this means re financial institutions. Though I have not seen this raised as an issue on this forum since buying in 3 years ago.
