    of course value is created by the quality of the asset. However, unlike other nearology plays, this has so far proven it is in reality a mei v2, without any potential issues of being within an environmental buffer zone. IMO judging by the speed of progress, Vmm might surprise us all by getting close if not moving ahead of Mei in timeline. Both are quality and both will be taken out.
