I'm hoping you made a simple mistake with your calculation.
If your other numbers are accurate or anywhere near correct, and if we use the old 10% valuation assumption, then SVY would be worth just over US $300 million or approximately AUD $420 million.
As we are at a MC of AUD $83.5 million today with a SP of AUD $0.31 then the above potential valuation would mean that the SP will be around the AUD $1.55 mark.
I would take this and run
