I'm not concerned long term, but the grant would help to offset any capital raising should commercialisation take longer than anticipated.
They're well placed with their hospital partnerships so I am quite bullish, but it is an unfortunately common issue with a medical development of this degree - like a new suite of product that needs to build widespread goodwill in a stubborn industry.
