I had an old Chess friend who was brilliant at Speed Chess who was dyslexic. He said it gave him an advantage because he learnt differently; Audio; from other chess players!
Until then it never occurred to me to listen to chess books instead of reading them!
Myself I am a little OCD when it comes to studying a matter!
IT has profited me well but it also means I am way to abstract for normal conversation!
