MRL Corporation is heading to market with a capital raising.

MRL Corporation (ASX:MRF) is heading to market with a capital raising, and the ASX this morning has granted the company a trading halt to prepare.

The company holds Mining Licence and 4 Exploration Permits covering 6,300 ha of known ultra high-grade, vein graphite deposits in Sri Lanka.

The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Friday 9th October 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
