G'day mate
I am a big supporter of MRL as well. the underlying earnings seem really strong. However it is being sold off because of rising interest rates and also the fact that in an announcement a couple of months ago they mentioned that cashflow is being used to fund their businesses.
I still think its a good stock because there stores cater to the older age group which is supposed to be increasing in the long term.
In addition, consumer sentiment and spending figures seem to be quite strong.
