have you been past the 5th street farm lately?
Its planted all to the right varieties, there is a big crop hanging, are you also aware of the current fresh table grapes pricing, they are the strongest they have been?
The farms not old and the infrastructure is fantastic.
yes the dam leaks apparently but seems to be working from the direct suction they have used this year.
tthe way your down ramping it seems that you either want to buy the farm for that price yourself, or secondly are a disgruntled ex employee when the new team came and sweeped all the excess out.
Your point about the high purchase price may be valid,
however can i remind you that was pre the new board, ceo so those same decisions shouldnt happen again.
