sorry farmer paul forget to answer your question,
farm sales have settled a touch as they went right up (peaked) and now have steadied and basically i think all the farmers who have expanded rapidly have perhaps exhausted their reserves. also due to previous management the farms has been known to be rundown, however as you can see this year with new management the farms done a complete 360, once that comes through in a financial comparison you will see the interest increase in the farm and potentially this company wont want to sell it if it becomes profitable.

we will have to see, crops will be picked over the next 4 or 5 months and that will be the answer to a lot of the posters questions on here.
