Farmerpaul you are an absolute fool, of course they needed board approval! It was also in the original prospectus. What board would give management authority to buy a $10million dollar property. The property was purchased with a full crop, so I understand it was $6m for the property, $1million for the equipment and $3m for the crop. So $6million for the property without crop is correct pricing?
I visited all the vineyards this week, and stick to my above numbers expect Gol Gol, that hasn’t been watered properly at all. But let’s blame that on the previous management as well!
