While TPT (and JKA) may both state they support the takeover the new directors would be wise to review the reasons their predecessors are no longer in the chair. My opinion is the previous directors support (and organisation of) the takeover cost them their positions at the hands of a group of large shareholders. I may be wrong, perhaps the large group of shareholders had issues with the company directors over and above the takeover but all media reports suggest it to be the case.
