you say nothing has been confirmed, but it has, there was a change on the portal web page

the size of the tenement has changed and the caption from Pending to Approval Pending, means there is movement in the application

this is movement in the park, i feel is what people responded to, plus chart wise it was massively oversold, at the bottom of the bands, it also respected the 50 day MA and rose again to follow the channel it has been following.

I know you don't believe in charting as it's looking at the past, but there are plenty who do and would have been waiting for some thing to happen, it did....
