    There's definitely a solid case for a 3c to 5c share price over the next few months.

    But in 5-10 years time? There's far too many variables.

    But by the sounds of it, Andrew's already working towards off-take agreements and financing. As indicated in the recent report;

    https://hotcopper.com.au/data/attachments/3707/3707470-8038275abca61e93c8de0d56af1c1114.jpg

    Andrew mentioned there's three possibilities for MRQ. A joint venture. A sale of asset. Or bringing this project to production.

    Now these are my thoughts;

    Given MRQ holds numerous highly prospective tenants, it could in theory sell one or two of them to raise capital, and then debt finance the remaining capital to fund production. Alternatively sell one, enter into a JV for another for passive income, and explore and develop the other.

    Remember; we have the Corridor North and Linhuane application pending as well. Once/if these are granted, we'll still hold 3 sites after sales/JV's. And these sites are looking very promising - even better than Koko Massava.

    Any one of these scenarios panning out will easily see MRQ worth multiples of its current evaluation.
