You need to remember that these accounts on hotcopper are real people.

Whilst I agree that most people aren't experts. You neglect that there are occasionally people that are/were professionals with relevant knowledge and experience. Alternatively, some users do have legitimate connections within relevant industries. Personally, I appreciate their insight and opinions on relevant subjects more than posters that spam garbage. I'll take any edge I can get on the broader market.

Ultimately, DYOR and take everything with a grain of salt. But learn to value knowledge and experience.
