I think you may need some financial counselling buddy. Don't invest what you can't afford to lose. The reason I'm assuming most holders here aren't harping on about this stuff is they are all comfortable with their investment. You quite clearly invested money you needed, that's most definitely a "you" problem. I'm currently down about $26k on MRQ but in my job I make that back in 3 weeks so I don't actually care what happens here. This is a roughie in my portfolio and I only care about upside, the downside risk only gives me opportunity to write off gains in other holdings.
It takes a certain temperament to play down here, perhaps you're not suited to it.
