Weekly TF.. this thing is just in a long base mode atm.. but some clear horizontals are somthing decent to work off.. 006 seems to be first resistance level a weekly close above here should open it up for a test 013-015..  End of the day when things are dormant like this cant really take away a great deal from the chart as its pretty much just a swapping of people having a stab.. getting bored and moving on.. there isnt really any reliable flows to work off.. but these are some clear lines that market has valued it at a few times on the way down.. and will provide nice confirmations once above
