SLC is progressing at lightning pace but they are at end of day limited by EIA, ML and Formal JV which is all in hands of MOZ government. if SLC get into production by end of year will be governed by how quickly the above 3 occur. you are unhappy because SP has not moved despite company making great progress. all it takes one big player to see value and SP will light up
