With the sale process ongoing for Norrliden has there been any understanding of the
present state of play?
" Mandalay and MRG are exploring opportunities for the sale of the asset that recognises MRG’s right to earn up to 50% equity under the JV agreement."

From the reading of terms the second stage needs to be in place within 27 months and third
stage within 39 months from May 2017, for 50% with the JV thence.

Are these timelines and spend now defunct with the sale process underway?

From the understanding, due to the sale, we have been offered 50 % of the total sale
price by paying what would have been the total spend to reach the second and third stages.
I assume this absolutely outstanding deal ( if this is in fact correct ) was done as the deal
for the second and third stages was not possible due to the sale?

Can management clarify ?
