I didn;t mention market cap once in that post, it was clearly a peer 'deposit' review. Ownership or market cap a this point in time is irrelevant. Savannah has an option over 51% of Mutamba, all it has to do is complete the PFS and DFS. It is obviously very unlikely Savannah will not exercise that option by completing the studies, just lock in the 51% JV ownership and move on.
That post was early days before you guys convinced me to research into MRQ deeper. I now know that Savannah was holding off on the PFS pending issue of the project Mining Leases (market release by Savannah CEO David Archer, as I posted subsequent to the post you quote) of which I can tell you that the final lease has now been awarded last week. Full steam ahead for Mutamaba
