I calculate that at 1.26 share price for TIM, equivalent rate of return for TIMPB to Sep09 is now 69% per annum. I also calculate that the TIM share price can drop to 26 cents per share before buying TIMPB is a losing trade. Some hedging using CFD's on TIM can remove this risk.
