Perhaps they will use contract soil samplers, a lot of companies do.
I bought in the 4's. Not a huge $ amount but still a significant chunk of my cash. I was busy elsewhere early this year and took my eye off the price.
At this point in time I might as well hold and see what happens. The Price doesn't seem to be dropping any further so why not?

If you sit at the roadhouse in MB drinking coffee and eating junk food you will see most of what is happening around the area. Probably need a bank loan to do that too often as they sure know how to charge.

Don't know who MFMB is but I don't stay in town much. Camping out bush is more my thing and there is plenty of places to camp
