A fair pullback from 3.7 I think to 2.5, news of director appointments surely means dd is done and announcement imminent

I find it strange some think Norwood would want a lower sp,
Correct me if I am wrong, they have a set number of Shares in this deal, with incentives, so in my view the higher the sp the more this is worth to them,
.also with a cr if the sp was higher and shareholders were offered new shares at 2 cents there would be a greater incentive to hold shares or buy more for a bonus deal,
