    I am very new here. I wonder what is the point for Morgan Stanley becomes "substantial holder" by borrowing shares? Who borrowed to them as well for any reason?

    Are you saying they creat such positive picture for investor to boost the sp and then they sell out these 'borrowed shares' at a higher price?
