    It's very poor advice. If you're an owner occupier no matter how hard things get if you keep your job you keep your property. Ms Bullock plainly has little experience of the rental market if she harbours the misconception that you're better off renting than going without some meals to keep the place you own. In 30 years time when that person wants to retire but rents have doubled, will that person still be glad they sold the property which would have been paid off, making them $1000 per week worse off in retirement
    ...or working full time in their 70's when they would otherwise be retired?
