I dont think the MS deal will occur.
The US situation going more gloomy, even GE recorded a "surprise" earning hit. I believe the US venture will hit a earning drop due to the whole economic situation, this is very negative for the MS deal. If MS uses simple obvious economic indicators, they will probably put off the purchase.
Lastly US dollar is falling and might stay low for awhile, ABS without forex hedging will see further earning reduction through exchange rates.
I think this stock is going to stay "low" for quite some time.
