Ms Bakker (one of our IGO directors) is being proposed as a director by some some shareholder activists (Mr Ryan Welker and Vitrinite) in another company that I am also a shareholder in - Ten Sixty Four Limited (ASX: X64).
Very surprised and disappointed that she would want to be associated with Mr Welker and Vitrinite after reading how he was terminated from X64 for related party dealing without Board approval
