Annualized monthly revenue is tracking to the upper end of the US$110-120m range (MSe US$123.4m), in part due to stronger social media engagement, which is not being extrapolated into 2H21.

2. Family safety council + investment

At least eight celebrities including Vanessa Bryant, skateboarder Tony Hawk and Nicole and Michael Phelps will take an ownership stake in Life360, form a Family safety council and be involved with marketing initiatives. The funding round is modest at US$2.1m.

3. Jiobit acquisition expected to close next 30 days

Also reiterated intent to pursue a dual listing in the US.

4. Founder loans

Chris Hulls and Alex Haro will borrow a combined A$16m secured against 2.8m CDIs. The lender has recourse to the the lesser of the pledged CDIs or the number of CDIs with a market value equivalent to the loan outstanding in two years. Essentially the deal is structured to preserve upside for the founders.
