Has anyone ever got a 'things aren't going so well, we expect delays' email back from MS?

Because there have been plenty of set backs, but as far as I know no one ever got the heads up, or at least if they did they didn't post it here.

In other words... email a car yard about a car and they will tell you she is a beauty. That is expected, and maybe she is a beauty, but would you a)expect a different response or b)run around telling everyone that a car yard told you one of their cars is a peach?

Seems a bit lolworthy.
