I suspect what you have provided is the delivered spot price, but the export data is for contracted exports, includes some TG probably too. Probably some earlier and longer term contracts are better priced. But also I presume there is a shipping transport time as well including customs and transport from the port might be 45 days (just making a number up as I don't know). So might we be seeing a data from export deals that left on Sep 1st that hasn't shown up yet in delivered spot deals?
Trying to understand what is going on before everybody else knows, if there is a change in demand - might not have much luck doing that.
