I would not be counting on any partnerships yet unless it is without a placement. My understanding is that a placement would now need share holders approval.
On a side note I see that my trading house is not reporting MSB as one of top gainers so with a sceptical view one could conclude that the normal retail investor is not welcome at this stage. Bigger influential buyers want more as cheap as possible.
