Not necessarily approved. In the long run it could be worth anything. Why do you say only $1.30. I don’t see this price as appealing at all. Sure, a great announcement could drop. I would consider buying then. If the announcement has legs, good, the price will continue to move up with legs moving as well. I consider buying this stock as a punt, now, extremely dangerous.
I would prefer a takeover and buy at or around the offer price, with expectations other buyers move in with higher offers.
We will see.
